We recommend 2 IRL offsites per year and a monthly virtual experience in between to maintain connetion.
Kits are available for a sense of awe and wonder, or active, expressive pen & paper experiences are available to save on shipping costs!

1. Activation
Permission to Play: We give your team permission to be creative and hold space for their curiosity, imagination, and playfulness. We choose low-barrier-to-entry, high-impact activities that easily turn on the spigot of creativity.
2. Exploration
Flow State: The act of creating leads to a flow-state of deep work and quick thinking where possibilities blossom without limitations. Ideation and lateral thinking without even trying. Going with the flow requires letting go and letting the process take you wherever it leads.
3. Expression
Individual & Unique humanness: Each activity underscores the unique creative lens of each participant. No two outputs will be the same. We equalize between introverts and extroverts so everyone can feel seen and heard. Stronger communications skills is a happy byproduct!
4. Outcomes
Empathy & Trust: Our workshops result in a sense of wonder and reduced stress. Our guided facilitation fosters just the right amount of vulnerability that forges authentic connection. Empathy comes from participants better understanding how each member sees, hears, thinks, and communicates.
